About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you will be a key player in our outreach efforts. Your primary responsibility will be scheduling meetings with potential and existing clients, helping us expand our investor base and improve our service. You should be comfortable making cold calls to generate new leads and skilled at managing warm leads to ensure ongoing engagement.
This position offers excellent opportunities for development, with a clear career path towards working directly with clients as a financial advisor, supporting their investment strategies and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to potential clients to generate new leads
- Engage with warm leads, schedule meetings, and nurture existing relationships
- Collaborate closely with senior advisors to prepare for client meetings
- Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities
- Assist with presentation and client material preparation as needed
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in telemarketing, finance, or a related field (both experience types are a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented in reaching out to clients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ambition to transition into a client advisor role in the future
- Fluent in Swedish and English

The Role
As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will:
- Provide expert guidance on alternative investment opportunities to our clients and partners
- Conduct thorough due diligence and valuation analyses of potential investments
- Develop tailored investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk profiles
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including institutional investors and fund managers
- Support the ongoing growth and evolution of our advisory and fund management services
Who We Are Looking For
- Extensive experience in financial advisory, investment management, or private banking, with a focus on alternative investments. An existing client list (book of clients that you can bring) is a plus.
- Proven track record of advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or institutional clients
- Deep knowledge of asset classes such as private equity, real estate, renewable energy, and forestry
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
- Fluent in Swedish and English
